Welcome to the Xi'an Jiaotong University Singapore Nanyang Alumni Association!
This is the shared home of every XJTU alumnus in Singapore, of current students, and of the teachers who once worked at our alma mater.
With the aim of “drawing alumni together, promoting exchange and cooperation, and serving the community”, the association works to:
- Give XJTU alumni in Singapore a warm and effective platform for exchange and support;
- Create opportunities and resources for members' professional and academic development in Singapore;
- Foster lasting interaction and mutual growth among alumni, and between alumni and our alma mater;
- Show the spirit and character of XJTU people through charity, education, science and technology, culture and sport.

Membership Categories
Ordinary Member
Anyone resident in Singapore who meets any one of the following criteria may apply to become an Ordinary Member:
- Has graduated from one of the institutions listed below:
- Xi'an Jiaotong University and its colleges
- The former Xi'an Medical University
- The former Shaanxi Institute of Finance and Economics
- XJTU–PoliMi Joint School of Design
- Hainan International College
- Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University
- Is a current student of one of those institutions (not yet graduated);
- Has been enrolled at one of those institutions for at least one semester (including exchange students, full-time or part-time);
- Has held an appointment at one of those institutions (including full-time, part-time and visiting scholars).
An Ordinary Member has the right to vote and to stand for office; members under 21, and members in arrears of their fees, do not have the right to vote.
Honorary Member
Anyone resident in Singapore who is nominated by two Ordinary Members and approved by a General Meeting may become an Honorary Member. An Honorary Member may attend General Meetings and may offer views and suggestions on the association's affairs, but has no right to vote and may not hold office.

How to pay
Online payment
Once the registration form is submitted you can pay from the membership fees page, for several consecutive years at once.
A confirmed online payment is recorded automatically, with no screenshot to send; an administrator checks it and activates your membership.
The membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March; the annual fee is set by resolution of the General Meeting.
For anyone joining mid-year, the amount due is prorated by the months remaining in the year. The membership fees page shows the exact figure.
